The Indeo Standard Session helps us free ourselves of burdens that keep us locked in our minds and unhealthy thought patterns, and that remove or restrict our freedom of choice. I petition God to allow me to work with you, then use the warmth of unconditional love and forgiveness to remove these burdens and free you so you can continue your growth in life and make positive changes.

Indeo Standard Sessions usually last between 30 and 90 minutes and may include:

• Removal of negative energies which attach to our energy fields
• Removal of spiritual attachments, which reinforce our negative tendencies and hold us in our addictions
• Removal of old forms of consciousness that burden us emotionally, spiritually, and physically
• Cleansing of the chakras
• Releasing of emotional traumas
• Removal of witchcraft
• Opening the heart and filling with love and forgiveness
• Forgiveness for yourself and for others
• Spirit reinsertion

It is important to come to your session with an open mind. Some light touch around the head and body is involved as I work with your energy field. I also use a set of Shamanic tools.
